Update on day 3
Feeling okay today. I ate more than I wanted to yesterday, and so today I have to work out double the time. I like to exercise because it calms my mind and feels good, but it is also hard work. But today I figured out how to make the fan on the machine point toward my face so I don't get so hot, and that has made a huge difference. Other than that, nothing really else to report. My goal is to really try and sit with my discomfort when it comes up and try and distract myself from it by doing something else. Also very happy that the Warriors won last night; that was very delightful.😀

Only have 33 more minutes of workout, and then I get to drink a lot of water, which is always so refreshing. My favorite part of the day is drinking water after a sweaty workout and taking a cool shower.

Feeling pretty well after my workout - it was quite intense.
Also, I just took my second practice examination for my first exam and passed again. So it feels good to know that I am on the right track with my studying.
