Congratulations on 10 months.....this is a good discussion......I used to have anxiety attacks , that's what got me drinking to begin w........I don't have them anymore but I do have temper tantrums when I'm overtired or stressed and that routine leads me to medicating........how about a mood stabilizer......im on one of those .......I take it before bed ......to help me sleep.
