Sometimes i get twitches in my muscles in my eye lids and hand/fingers ...anyone else ? what is the cause of these anyone know ?

There can be a multitude of causes, I used to get them. Stress, lack of sleep and drinking were the culprits in my case.

Those can be symptoms of withdrawal. I've had many day 1's, 2's, and 3's... and pretty much every time, I get awkward twitches in my fingers. And sometimes in my eyes. It goes away after a week sober.

Yes. I had them in my hands and also legs. My leg would involuntarily kick when I was going to sleep. Like every other terrible symptom that alcohol gave me, all gone at nine months.

My fingers would twitch when texting for months after stopping.
