It's been a long time since I posted any comments
Been struggling with my husband as a closet alcoholic. Continually lies.Very stressful.Argue at least 5 days a week. Don't look forward to the
weekends because of the alcohol.Stressed!
Can't do the things that I want to do because of his problem.Should stay in contact with this website but can't get the effort to do it. Just want to do nothing at all after work. I know this website has an awesome support group but I don't have the energy to log on.

thanks for posting here SaH. it's an awful situation. i hear you. i'm thinking of you. even if you don't feel like you have the energy to do anything other than this post. you posted, that's something.

Sad, it will be so worth the effort to log on. It's a little gift of (free) therapy that just may make you feel like living again. I would be lost without it. The people here really do care!

I saw my father go through this thing with his wife. It drained them down to nothing and I feel for where you are coming from. I'm so sorry that you're shouldering this weight alone. We are here for you in whatever way we can be. Hang in there. Praying for you!
