Anyone else currently suffering insomnia? After a few hours sleep, I'm wide awake... could really do with a chat as the night feels very lonely and I feel very vulnerable.

Hi, I'm here at least for a while.

I just downloaded a bunch of games for my phone for times like these!

Well versed in insomnia. I've found that when I'm tossing and turning I'm better off just getting up for a while. The harder I try to fall asleep the more elusive sleep becomes.

Reading for awhile usually does the trick for me Sara. Also, taking a hot bath with lavender epson salts before going to bed & using a little lavender oil on the face & pillow helps. Hope you get some sleep soon.

right there with ya... most nights I've only been getting 2-5 hours sleep.

Have you tried any natural sleep supplements?
