Well people, this was a week of on and off the wagon after a decent stretch of abstinence.

Started my mediation practice again this morning for twenty minutes not five or ten like I usually do.

Let's do this!

I go into another crazy work week tomorrow at the new job. Gotta stay strong. There's a lot of triggers out there...

I had almost six weeks I can do it again.
