Told my parents and boyfriend that I've relapsed, but I've made an appointment at the doctors. Dad's angry, Mum's supportive and my boyfriend is amazing. I do feel better being honest, but I hate hurting them. That's partly why I'm going to the doctors—to get off this demon drink and stop upsetting people. But mainly, I'm doing it for me.

Good job sarahlou. The only people who won't have a strong reaction (either way) to that news are the ones who don't care about you. So, you're surrounded by people who care! I think seeing the doctor is a huge sign of commitment on your part.
