yea, denial and rationalization are always perched on our shoulder. Did you try AA?

Thanks for all the replies. I have not been on because my dad is once again in the hospital. The urge to drink has been bad with all the stress of the holidays and my parents who both are in bad health.But I'm not gonna give in, my family needs me now.
