Day 3

On Day 3 of trying to get healthy and happy. The only side effects that I am feeling is a mild stomach ache and irritation. I am forgetting a lot of things too because of the agitation but I think I am just going to push through it. I remember last time I quit for a few months that after the Two week hump things were a lot easier, let's see how this goes.

Congrats on day 3 Caleb. I remember those first couple weeks too, lots of weird stuff going on. Make sure you get as much rest as you can, eat and drink healthy and maybe even try some light excercise - those things all help your body heal.

That's perfectly normal in my experience, you just have to rough it out, the best things come to those who wait.

All the best.

DAY 4, And I noticed some things that you guys might relate to.

I have noticed that my perception of time has changed. Hours and the Day seems longer but not in a bad way, almost like it has more substance to it. This is a little scary because it makes me feel like time has been stolen from me for the past decade. Also, I feel more relaxed today compared to yesterday. I am still a little agitated but it is manageable.

Last night was rough because I had trouble getting to sleep. I hope tonight is better. No signs of DT's and Blood Pressure is at a manageable 124/88.

Day 5, Still going hard. I feel my thoughts are starting to slow down and let me relax a little. I have been going on walks and light jogs to kill most of the anxiety. BP 128/82 and still no DT signs.
