I went for a run yesterday morning with a friend. Managed over 4 miles (with plenty of rests!)
My AV was nagging while out at the supermarket and the indecision started to kick in. But I bought sweeties instead =)
I sat up until after midnight enjoying playing a video game instead of staring at a screen with a video game on it.
Woke up this morning wondering what to do today instead of knowing what I'll be doing at about 12pm and the entire day.
