Might take a couple of days busman's holiday

Unfortunately I am all positivity and nothing less because that was all that worked for me back in the day. I know everyone is different, but I am going though a bit of depression being bi-polar and all, I have read some awful things in the last day or two. I know that many are struggling and need a certain kind of positivity and those who are doing ok just now can be over judgemental with a sense of carte blanche which upsets me. So going to have some me time. See you in a day or two. Keep on trucking xxxxxxx
