Day 5, my anxiety is very high, going to give my 2 weeks notice in a bit, hope that's all it is from, still a little scared I went cold turkey

I've read your other threads...if you're really worried about withdrawal, please see a Dr - you can put your mind to rest and maybe lose some of that anxiety?

Thank you Dee, I feel fine now, I think I threw my self in a paranoid hypochondriac cycle, that NATGEO show scared me and I think it is going to be the blessing that helps keep me sober this time. I have never felt so motivated. I finally have it in my head that I can and will never be a social drinker, that part of my brain is gone for good. This site has also been a god send. Thank you
