Day 10 and thinking of doing something new
Hello, my name is Brian and I'm an alcoholic. After a recent bender I am attempting sobriety again. I've had a lot of false starts but have been drinking for about 14 years. Every relapse starts out as a party but only ends worse for me. This last one began enjoying some beers after mowing my lawn and ended losing my wallet and begging for money on the street a week later. Somehow by the grace of God I wound up back at my favorite AA meeting. I never had a sponsor before and I ended up getting one that day. Well now I have discovered probably 6-10 cold beers outside. I am thinking of dumping them. This would be a first for me also.

Done. 5 Busch light cans and 3 Bud bottles. All poured out. Wasn't even sad to see them go. I felt liberated and this strange sense of comfort wash over me. May I never forget this day! Thank you all and stay sober everyone!
