I had a dream... I was praying, not drinking
Good morning y'all!
Today I woke up kind of excited after having a really cool dream. In the dream I was struggling with the choice to drink or not, and I ended up praying meditating instead of drinking.What blows me away is that I actually felt the calming effect of prayer! Normally when I have a dream involving drinking I actually feel drunk, and I have a lot of fear about getting caught, or losing my days etc. I had no Idea the calming effects of prayer could take away a desire to drink... in my sleep!!
Does anybody else have any recovery-related dreams?

Unfortunately I'm still drinking in my dreams.. But what's changed is in my dreams I used to drink and party have fun now when I drink them I feel guilt and shame for what I just did. Really weird but I'm going to say that's a step in the right direction
