Now, they are all about healing and giving myself permission to be and feel however I do and choose to with each day.

Today is about rest. Mind, body, and soul. Meditating, exercising, nibbling. Working through some deep seated hurt from decades ago that resurfaced so I can finally heal it SOBERLY. Finding forgiveness and crying some tears that have been aching to burst forth since I was a child.

Tenderly I will be with myself today. Nurturing. Surrendering.

I see a nappy in my near future.
