Any ideas?

I volunteered to speak at my meeting tonight and now I can't think of a topic. Does anyone have any ideas? My meeting is in 2 hours! Help!

The four absolutes. All or pick one. I like honesty the best. I think without that I can't work the program. I feel it is very important to be able to be honest with ourselves.
