Urge

WHAT: Urge to drink

WHERE: Walgreens Take-Care Clinic

WHEN: 3:12pm

WHY: My Insurance isn't being accepted even though I made a $250 payment on it and received the confirmation.

I'm feel really sick and REALLY grumpy!!!

ACTION TAKEN: Got ice cream. Went home to think this out.

Life sucks... but it sucks less when I'm not drinking. *sigh*

I love this little format! I think I will start taking a little log in the notebook I carry with me. I imagine it would be helpful to look back on.

Ohh Melvin Glad you have thought it through. I don't even have insurance. I don't have a retirement fund. I don't have a house. I don't have a whole lot of money. But what I do have is more precious than gold. Sobriety

It's probably just a little glitch in the system. Feelings pass, we don't have to react on every impulse. I can feel your frustration. It's great you came here to vent.
