1 month today
Just a quick note ... today marks 1 month since I stopped drinking alcohol. I want to start by saying this is without a doubt the longest I've gone without drinking in at least 15 years ... probably more like 17-18 years. This is also the first attempt I've ever truly made in sobriety.

I'm somewhat surprised how easy this first 31 days have been. I have no desire to drink. My wife still has a glass or two of white wine 2-3 nights a week, but it doesn't impact me at all.

FYI, I've (re)discovered a new way of life ... I don't see myself going back.
