thank you sober recovery!
I just wanted to tell everyone thanks !!! Thank you sober recovery forums.
I am not an addict but my husband is . He has not quit and has not yet been in a program and I don't know if he really will be and though I had considered l anon I didn't want to face other people and feel akward but I can say that even though I feel lonely in my relationship because alcohol is in the middle between me and my ah I am not lonely in my own recovery from co dependancy because of this forum. I have finally learned to break free of my ahs addiction and I feel more free than I have.
I'm learning new ways to approach the situation and to detatch myself without enabling or msking it worse . I'm trying to focus on me and its because I have this outlet thank you!
