4 Days today
Been drinking quite a bit lately. Decided to quit for the final time. Today's been pretty rough going.

I'm on day 5 over here, and can sympathize! Yesterday, day 4, was pretty rough for me as well but I got through it...you can do it too! Less cravings today, so look forward to that
