I'm currently stopping drinking because it's just not what I want....
I had 2 beers on Friday and had to go to bed straight after it made me really sleepy/lazy.
Just a rubbish substance......
anyone else notice extreme tiredness after small amounts?

I very rarely only drank two beers so I can't really answer the tiredness question.
I remember being bored with drinking tho - but, trooper that I was, I was always able to push past the boredom and drink more...so personally I wouldn't perhaps rely too much on that boredom lasting, vivid.
