Tension/ Stress Headache
I've had an ongoing pressure headache for about a week now.... I've been sober for 15 days and I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that I stopped drinking. Or maybe I have always gotten these but the alcohol would cover them up. Anyone else with similar experiences? I don't really know where to post health info. And they are really annoying.
Also, what do you all do when you feel anxious? I've been having horrible anxiety this past week and am trying to learn some coping methods.
Any feedback helps. Sorry if I posted this in the wrong section... Mods, feel free to move it to an area you see more fit if needed.

Ouch....anytime pain is present ..I have it checked out with my doctor.

This is only day 5 for me (this time) but there are some mindfullness meditation videos over on youtube that seem to help with the anxiety. I just went through one...it took less than 10 minutes right here in the computer chair.
