Heat & Alcohol Don't Mix---
It is going to be almost 100degrees today & I would just like to caution people about the heat & alcohol. The heat & dehydration of alcohol can cause serious medical problems. This is just a caution for those who are on a relapse or are still drinking yet reading this forum.

In any case, I'm told anyone in early recovery should be drinking tons, (or tonnes depending on where you are) of water. Helps rehydrate the body, as well as flush the system. Applies doubly on hot - dry days. Thats water - spelled " W A T E R " not "A L C O H O L" - The first hydrates the second de-hydrates
