I can still remember when 5 years sober was a ridiculous fantasy to me.

I've been very privileged and humbled not only to have those 5 years but to spend the them here at SR

Believe me Paddy I can still remember myself thinking that.

Eventually I realised I couldn't live that way anymore - I was killing myself - and I decided that *anything* I could try recovery wise had to be better.

I really hope you're at that point too paddy
