feel sick this morning

Oh what a morning feeling sick.. Any ideas what I can have to stop making me feel sick?! I have to ring doctors today oh the joys gotta get more tablets and have my first smear :o I am scared but it as to be done

sorry to hear that, get through your day the best you can! Fluids, tylenol and get moving around a bit.
