Chose Burger King over alcohol today

Was driving home and saw my usually turn off to the liquor store and felt that urge ... but then I saw Burger King and I said to myself "Treat yo' self to some fatty foods instead of starting a 7 day bender. Im in a food coma right now but I know im better off!

I use to do the same thing,but my fix was a Dairy Queen Blizzard! Now I am getting more control and the DQ stop is now a rarity rather than the norm. I say, Good on you!

AWESOME!!! That is so true. Better to have some fat and calories than to go on a bender. I have done this myself and it is a great reward. Much better than getting drunk then having a "reward" dinner.

If I really feel the urge im just going to try and do something else ... like treat myself to something better than alcohol and if you're doing good you should totally treat yo' self Parks and Recreation - Treat. Yo. Self - YouTube
