this is my second day sober went to out patient rehab i feel a slight bit better

I have been here only 6 days and have found lots of good advice and support.You may want to check out AVRT also on the site.I have been researching that lately and it has seemed to help me.

thanks everyone ,i have been going to meetings also went back to kaiser today ,i had 2 years sober before but thought i coud drink like every one else with no such luck the diese does progress hopefully things will be diffrent this time and i will stay sober ,yesterday was day two ,today is day 3 with gods help il take it one day at a time
