I got internet at home now just letting people know
Yep I got internet WHOOT only took 3 months so I can look forward to joining chats and possible meetings online now. I don't know what direction I am going to take but figured I would let everyone know. Also now that I am off my work computer I can start being more forthright about who/where I am and all that stuff I have been fairly evasive about. I will continue to be evasive just for the record just maybe not quite as much.

Your recovery will be proportionate to your honesty, just so you are aware.
That's why I prefer the F2F meetings where I can't pull the wool over anyone's eyes.
On SR I can sit in my underwear and pee down your leg and try to tell you it's raining.

Oh I have been honest about my drinking, and my problem with it just not where in the world I am and what I do in it. Job security could be at risk otherwise and I like my job, but thanks for the concern and completely correct advice.

First of all, CONGRATS on FINALLY getting home internet, I remember that feeling when I finally got mine and that is over 13 years ago.
GOOD FOR YOU. You can continue to be evasive about 'where' you live and 'what you do'. With the 'state' of the internet these days, that is an advisable practice for everyone, along with photos, especially of children, etc
