Sleeping less after a few months sober?
Hi, I am just over 3 months now and the last couple of weeks I have slept a lot less than usual (6-8hours a day). When I was bingedrinking I slept for over 8-10 hours, except during the binges of course.
Despite sometimes even just sleeping for 6 hours, I still feel energized in the morning. Anyone had experiencing the same?

My sleep, energy, emotions, motivation etc etc was all over the place for months. I am now 8 months and can now see there are still adjustments. I now feel like doing more exercise but from a less driven position. I love the journey of sobriety.

I sleep less....For me it works something like this.
My actual sleep time + My passed out time = My sleep time...8 to 10 hours.
Now...
My sleep time - My passed out time = My actual sleep time....6 or 7 hours.
Hope that makes sense...I was always good at math.
