Day 190
Hi There,
So, today is 190. Had a few urges to get some beer the last two evenings, but as soon as I ate something, it went away. The past month or so I've been feeling pretty good, but the last few days I've started to feel like I did earlier in my sobriety. According to what I've read on PAWS, the phenomenon can come and go for a certain amount of time. I was at the doctor in October and had told her I hadn't drank for 4 months at the time and asked questions. She didn't seem concerned, just said it was great that I had not drank for so long. When I was actively drinking, I drank around 4-8 beers in a sitting, a few times a week. Began drinking regularly in 2005 (pretty heavy for a few months in 2007) through June 2011 with a few 15, 20, 30 day breaks. I'm 27, 135lbs in otherwise good health, so I've been told.
I felt great before I drank, I felt great when I was drinking (except for the hangovers which I grew accustomed to) but since I quit drinking... where the issue began.
Thanks!
