This Friday I've got an appointment to go see the doctor about getting into a rehab for about a month. My question is that this Friday I will have 4 weeks sober I'm not sure what he's going to ask? or what type of answers I need to give to get into the rehab? Could I get knocked back because of my 4 weeks sober time that I've worked really hard to get because I was on the waiting list?

I've never been to re hab....but I'm guessing it all depends on the one selected. ...who they consider a canidate for their specific program.
Did they send you an information packet? Or a contact number?

Plese don't get back into drinking ...that will not work out to your benefit.

no i'm not going to get back into drinking....just nervous because I don't know what to expect. Best probably to not think about it too much and just go with the flow....thanks Carol

Just don't let them needlessly put you into detox. If you haven't had a drink in a month you are past that stage.

Lots of people with established short-term sobriety go into rehab. Don't worry about it and be honest with your Dr.
