Keep screwing up!

Ive felt terrible all day, been on a bender since Saturday, standard practice... im in for a horrible night in bed :'( i hope someday i actually do learn to control myself otherwise its early grave time

My thoughts are with you. It's ok to screw up. I hope you're not beating yourself up over it. Just pick yourself back up and move on. You deserve peace and a 6-day bender ain't it. You can do it.
