Hi everyone, just an update, I received a call back from an addictions counsellor yesterday!!! I have an appointment with her tomorrow at 4 (quick)

I'm looking forward to getting some tools to assist me with my sober living...I figure it's my responsibility to do this...in order to stay sober!!

Thanks Bam for the suggestion of calling them back.... it worked!!!! xo

Also went to a meditation class last night....it was wonderful!!!

i'm glad the counselor called back. I love seeing my counselor. It helps a lot.

Hi Oak, I'm glad counselling helps you!! this is my first "real" try at it....I've been before but at that time I was still drinking so this time i can really give it my all!!
