Question Hungover feeling but no alcohol...

Hi everyone,

I think I read a thread about this but I can't find it. I woke up feeling hungover but I haven't had a drink in almost 4 weeks now, my head hurts and just that overall feeling of being hungover.

My gf said I kept talking in my sleep, saying "no no no" I don't remember the dreams, I also recall reading that someone dreamt they had drank and woke up hungover is this common?

Thanks!

It wasn't that long into my sobreity, but for the first couple of weeks, i did often wake up feeling slightly hung over. It stopped, and i feel great in the mornings again, even get up at 5 to do power yoga! It will pass as the alcohol leaves your body and your body gets used to not having it and craving it.

Unless you are just getting sick...which is a possibility!

could you be dehydrated? Dehydration feels like a hangover. So does pregnancy but that seems unlikely

Sugar withdrawls can cause hangover symptoms also. Booze turns to sugar quick, and the body gets used to it's sugar fix.
