hi

Just wanted to check in...has been up and down for me but happy to say not only have I quit alcohol but cigarettes also (for the last week!) thank god. I don't know what else I have to quit but I want to say it does get better...I relapsed over xmas cause some parent gave me some wine and I couldn't get rid of it fast enough. I'm here on and off and really just wanted to check in-I'm not dead, I don't attend AA and since I quit smoking with no problems (and I was dreading it!). I feel much better
