Last Night was the last night

Today is the day I'm getting sober. It's going to be hard as heck. I've done it before a few times. Heck one time I did it for a year. Wish me luck.

This really can be your last go round with alcohol

Do you have a plan for your new sobriety?

I'll wish you luck, but since you've done it before, you know it takes work, too. Good Luck!

It doesn't have to be hard. I went to rehab for 10 days, came home, and really have had no cravings. I do get down sometimes, but that is normal, from what I understand. I am also on Campral, which reduces cravings and repairs the parts of the brain damaged by alcohol so you can think and make good decisions again.

Good luck!! Be positive - you can do this and it is NOT going to kill you, like drinking will!
