I have made it a month and man do I feel great! I really feel like I've done something, I know the battle is far from over but I feel like this is a huge accomplishment. The biggest thing I've noticed so far is how much more reliable I've become, even my friends and coworkers are noticing it. If I say I'm going to do something I actually do it now and don't forget about it. I've even lost some weight since I've stopped drinking, everything is on the up side right now, I should have done this years ago lol.

Didn't even touch on the sleep hehe but yeah thats a huge part too. When I wake up now I don't lay in bed hitting snooze until the last minute, alot of mornings I've been waking up before my alarm even goes off! I don't even know myself anymore lol
