Interesting morning!
Hey everyone,
I just thought I would throw this out there for some feedback. I have been in recovery for over 5 months now. I say recovery because I now know there is a HUGE difference between sobriety and recovery. But I woke up this morning feeling hung over, even though I haven't had a drop to drink in over 5 months. I had a headache, exhausted, and felt like I had to drag myself out of bed. It was just very strange. I would understand if I had maybe not slept well, or for very long, but I got a solid 8 hours of sleep.
Anyways, not sure if this was part of the alcohol still leaving my system or just a rough morning. I was hoping maybe someone else could share some wisdom with me.
*disclosure: I am not looking to receive any medical advice.
