I Have 50-60 Drinks Per Week On Average...
Alcoholics specialize in Self Justification. Not saying that you're an alcoholic though.
Try limiting it to 3-4 a day and see what happens.
If you can then good for you.
If you can't then you should read what is posted here from "Under the Influence" and take it from there.

I did something like that for 30 years.
I told myself I'll just quit one of these days, as simple as taking a different route to work. Of course I was kidding myself, and I knew it. But the fact is, I couldn't put more than a couple days of sobriety together. I was drinking about a 12 pack of beer a day.
One of these days is not a day of the week, and I finally quit.
I was fed up with never being able to do anything after 5 oclock , but get drunk.
Where alcohol is involved, things can become very skewed. 2+2=4 until you throw in booze. Then 2+2 = everything BUT 4. No matter how you add it up, it won't =4. Thats the way I felt when trying to stop. In the morning it seemed so simple. But in the afternoon, such a simple thing became so impossible.
I wish you the best.

Think about this Mark..... You are way past the moderation point.....
I certainly hope you will soon quit pouring
toxins ...yes alcohol is...into your mind and body.
hat is moderation?
According to the U.S. Center for Disease Control
Moderate drinking is no more than
2 drinks a day for men..1 for women
They consider a drink to be
12 oz. of beer..5 oz. of wine...1 1/2 oz of liquor.
Your body and mind processes all 3 toxins equally
so drinking only wine or only liquor or only beer
or mixing them is of no importance.
They all do the same damage.

That's a lot of drinkin'!! Only you can decide when and if you want to stop..
I rationalized drinking almost to the grave, very quickly. Thank goodness I got my act together, got help, and got sober for good!
