Favorite Non-Alcoholic Beverage?

I've been sober for 9 days! Woot! Tonight (New Year's Eve) is my Wife's and my Anniversary (17 Years). We've got a reservations at a really nice restaurant tonight... I have NO desire to drink alcohol. I'm SO looking forward waking up sober on New Year's Day for the first time in my Adult life.

However, I've read some threads about great sparkling water and I'm a HUGE tea drinker.

What's your favorite bev of choice? I'd like to try something different tonight.

Thanks! Happy New Year!

good coffee,,its a must! and i also seemed to have picked up a nasty coke habit (coke cola,,,lol) since i came to the states in the summer! it was the only thing that gave me the kick i needed in the afternoon in extreme temps whilst trekking round disney....lol.full fat stuff too! not the skinny,,but heck,do you know,i have one (500ml) bottle a day,and considering what i used to be none too fussy about throwing down my neck,im ok with that! HAPPY NEW YEAR FOLKS!

For tonight I bought some sparkling apple cider. I've also been drinking cranberry with clubsoda. I don't like really sweet drinks so the club soda helps tone down the sweetness. During the evenings when watching TV I've switched from wine to hot herbal tea. I get the sleepy time tea that is warm and relaxing

Yes, sparkling mineral water is always nice with a touch of raspberry sorbet or a twist of lemon.

Happy 17 Year Anniversary! And may this time next year greet you with 1 year and 9 days. My sobriety date falls before the holidays and it's pretty hard core, so if you can hang on to your Dec 22, 2009 sobriety date, you'll give plenty of people in recovery thinking about going out over Christmas and New Year's a reason to hold on to the miracle. Keep coming back!

Water from my tap... which comes from Twin Lakes near Mt. Elbert Colorado, and good coffee... no cream no sugar. I'm naturally sweet.

I too have come to love herbal teas in place of wine. I am 11 days. Wooo! Tonight is going to be tempting. Going out on a boat to watch the fireworks over the water. Bought a great big thermos to take my own tea and will take a bottle of sparkling cider, too. Also, for day to day satisfaction I love Diet Sunkist. I can't take all the sugar in regular sodas.

Hi, Videoman, congrats!

Hmm, favorite drink? I have several:
Good coffee- to me, not that real dark stuff (not a Starbuck's fan)
Diet Coke
Sprite Zero (after 5pm, so I'm not up for days)

As far as "Mocktails", any assortment of juices with a splash of sprite is festive- - just make sure you sniff first, as I found out the wrong way once!

Peace and happy new year to you...

Year round : sparkling water (any brand) with ice and lemon. Coca-Cola and ice as a treat - too fattening for daily - sparkling apple juice when out for dinner again as treat as loaded with sugar and I have to moderate my sugar intake otherwsie I go beserk LOL1 ;0
