A bit early I know, but I was just sitting here waiting to get a call from my eldest to ask me to go and pick him and his drunken friends up from a party, and realised just how good it is to be able to drive at this time of the night!

So I came here.

This will be my 7th teetotal Christmas and, I’m loving every one more and more than the last. The first was scary frightening, but now it’s not. Still thankful to you all in this place for your support in the run-up to christmas 2003 when I first turned up.

So have a fun and safe holiday if you’re having one - and if it’s your first, believe me - the second and third and fourth and fifth will make this one so worthwhile.
