Ha HAA!! Working through day 3!

Funny though, I was at the gym and all I could think about was sitting in the back garden with a chilled glass of wine to enjoy the summer evening. Going to the gym always does that to me.

Also, hubby acknowledged that helping me is priority one, and said that he is willing to forgo his desires in order for me to succeed. Wicked!!

Foggy headed, still shaking somewhat, difficulty sleeping but no more night sweats. (must be the sweating while laying in the sun, 45 mins of cross trainer and steamroom?)

Thanks for everyones varied opinions and advice. I dont think there is one answer and I imagine that would be a general agreement point, but there is loads to take on board. Main thing for me; accountablitly. This place offers me daily accountability.

Side note: Over the weekend there was a BBQ for a friend. We ended up not being able to go. Got the report yesterday that one of our friends go so mashed. I told my husband that "There is one reason I am drying out. I am tired of people talking about my drunkenness on monday behind my back..."
He wholeheartedly agreed.

Sounds like you're doing good, I'm so glad your hubby realized he needs to support you in this. I agree, its great to wake up in the morning and not worry what other people might be saying about you!

Good work, savexourxship.

It's nice to have a clear head, and a clean conscience. One day at a time, we can all help each other stay sober.
