40 Days!!!
40 Days!!!
Hiya.
I am so wrapt. I am 40 days sober today and am feeling powerful over the drinking demon. One question I'd like to ask. By mid afternoon I get incredibly tired. Does anyone else have the same problem?? Is it something that will pass?

Are you taking a daily multi vitamin and a B complex?
I found both beneficial early on.
I also followed the eating plan in the book
"Under The Influence"
Google for a diet for hypoglycemia if you don't
have the book.
Well done on your sober time....

First, congratulations! Pretty soon you will getting used to being sober on the weekends-BIG psychological breaktrough! Dont' know how old you are, but I STILL am dragging in the afternoon, and I am 51 on day 126. Maybe the 'ole bod needs to rest after the BEATING alcohol has given it.(!) I am just now being able to get a restful night's sleep........

Hi Julesy...
You can check on Amazon for "Under The Influence"
by Dr. James Milam and Katherine Ketcham.
The sequel by Ketcham and ??? is
"Beyond The Influence"
They usually have both very inexpensively
I've not read "Beyond" so not certain what it has.
Hope this helps...
