Hello Everyone Tib Checking In
Well believe it or not 'ol Tib has some real sobriety under his belt. I don't know the exact date but around 6 weeks. I had to detox at the hospital yet again and it was horrible. My liver enzymes are through the roof & the doc tells me I'm on my way to cirrohis of the liver. I'm back on my anatabuse & psych meds.
I attend about 4 meetings a week & workout at the gym almost every day. I feel better but my mood is all over the place. I hope everyone at SR is doing good.

Thanks everyone, I'm starting to see a real good psychiatrist to help with the mental health issues. I'm still having mood swings but I'm not as depressed as I was. Physically, I am 100% better though. Life on life terms everyone sucks at time but staying drunk every day sucks more.

Tib thanks for making my day!!!! 6 weeks is awesome!!!! I can appreciate still being squirrly at 6 weeks, the fog was for the most part gone but my emotions were all over the place!!!!!
RAW is the best way I can describe it, it had been so many years since I had experienced life actually sober that emotions were in overdrive!!! I did not get upset over things, I got enraged!!!! I found myself crying over stupid things!!!! My feelings got hurt over nothing!!!! It kept improving every week I stayed sober, things really got better as I worked through the steps.
Keep going to meetings and listening to your psychiatrist.
