Didn't sleep much at all last night... to be expected I guess.

Have a headache and a bit shaky... wish I didn't have to go to work this morning.

Hope to make it through tonight.

Well today wasn't great. My hours at work have been cut and part of my contract work has been cut as well. It's a significant chunk of my income.

Still. There are always others worse off.

I've got no jobs tomorrow now, because of today. In fact nothing for the rest of the week. In fact diary empty for work.

I don't know what to do. I didn't make it tonight. I'm sorry.

Please try and get to a meeting savage, while staying on sr too. We cannot do this alone. ...plus you need to have an honest desire to stop drinking. While we dring It gets worse never better...there is nothing so bad that a drink can make better. It just makes it worse.

Yeah I know I can't do it alone. I believe that 100%. I have an honest desire to stop but when I'm alone it doesn't seem to work.

I didn't make it and that makes me think I shouldn't be here. Like I should come back when I can make it.

I looked back on my previous posts today and I joined up in September and didn't make it then either.

drinking when we want to quit.
