20 days... almost 3 whole weeks...

Almost 3 entire weeks without a drink :eclipse music plays: ........he he he... so long... still having anxiety... daily... 20 days... actually today is the START of Day 20... almost 20 whole days... somethin else... I'm almost at breaking my last quest to stop drinking which was dismally defeated on Christmas Eve at Day 24 in December of 2007.

That's great! My day of doom was the superbowl. It's funny how it's always a special occasion that brings out the complete drunks in us all. Congratulations on your sobriety.

at 20 days, for me... i was just starting to shake the hardtimes loose!

was all nerved up!

time is amazing, and sober time... even more amazing!

Yeah I'm all nerved up, what I'm doing different is having a new attitude and I realize now that alcohol is pure poison and it won't help me. Also reading "The Joy of being Sober" by Jack Mumey. Btw all I got a question for the Benzo/Xanax/Valium experts out there, in the book it said Valium is like another form of alcohol, is that true?

Paulos valium if it is misused can be like booze along with anything not taken the way the doctor prescribes, getting high is getting high, whether it is booze, pot, valium, xanax, etc.
