Its been 10 today since I quit drinking! I am still battling the anxiety but I feel good, have lost weight and don't have stinky breath anymore. Its funny I have had no cravings for it at all. I don't know if its just that I made up mind that I am done with it or that the cravings are hiding around the corner waiting to attack me when I am least expecting them. Anyways if they ever do I will be ready for them. Its funny being out at a bar playing in my band and seeing how drunk and stupid people get.
And I look at them and say wow that must have been what I looked like. Boy it sure gives me the power to say no. Thanks to this site and to all those who have supported me. I can't begin to tell you all how much help you have been.
