Day 13. Why didnt I do this ages ago? Been out a lot socialising, swimming, gym having great time with the kids. Had several compliments saying how well I look. Im just loving it. Cant really say a lot else. No cravings, in fact after reading Allen Carrs book at the end of last week and feeling great I would never want to put that poison anywhere near me EVER AGAIN!!! Ive learned a big lesson and I dont need telling twice!!!!
