I don't know if someone's already posted about this but there is an interesting video on You Tube. If you do a search on 'Craig Ferguson' you will see a video that is by that comedian talking about Britney Spears & his own alcoholism & recovery. I think the video is titled Ferguson Speaks from the Heart or something like that. Sorry I can't post the link. I'm just a newbie here.

Hi adam, it's nice to have another Brummie on board mucka I saw the Furgeson clip on youtube and what struck me most was his honesty. Not only at where he was before but also where he finds him self now on the recovery road. Somthing that we all have to do to achieve sobriety, without self honesty we can not succeed.
