I've been off the forum for a while but doing well. You know things are OK when you go months just doing your daily practices and getting on with sober living.

Anyway has anyone seen the documentary "My Name is... And I'm an Alcoholic?". Is it about Alcoholics in the program.

Hi Johno,
I googled it and it's on channel 5, a US channel I presume. If you find out how to watch it could you please post the link.
On a different track I did go to the Eckhart Tolle retreat on the Sunshine Coast last weekend and have taken to listening to the Tao Te Ching.
One of the many wise things that ET says that stands out for me is that "thinking is an addiction". I have been observing my thought more intensley of late and am beginning to realize how true this is for me.
